Bước 1: thêm bản ghi Branch File: GPRS Add bản ghi GRPS - 4G
Thì Service Type không phải là 00 như giá trị mặc định trong tài liệu

Nếu là 00 không lưu vào DB thì lúc nào Tiến trình chạy xử lý có hiểu nó 00 hay là Null ?
