Description


Steps:

  1. tạo bản ghi A, status Active
  2. dup A thành B, status active, nhấn lưu => báo lỗi trùng object
  3. dup A thành B, status inactive => thành công
  4. chuyển status B từ Inactive -> Active

thực tế: bước 4 thành công => bug.
mong muốn: bước 4 báo lỗi như bước 2
